Christmas is Coming

I just cannot believe how quickly this year is going!  Seems only like yesterday I was sat out in the glorious sun and enjoying the warmth, now its Autumn and Winter is just round the corner! Having said that, today is a lovely day, sun is shining and even though it is breezy and quite cool it is lovely.  But the colder days and darker nights are a reminder to me that Christmas is on its way and time to get started on the Christmas cards!

I have decided this year as I have so many to do and I am always struggling to get them finished that I would do clean and simple cards like the ones below:

The images are from Lili of the Valley's new Christmas range and are coloured with a mixture of Promarkers and Spectrum Noir pens.  The papers are just some scraps I found in my scraps box.  The red card and ribbon are from stash.

New Baby

Hello everyone, its that time of the week again for Crafty Little Fairies Challenge!  This week it is New Baby:

I have used an image from Joanna Sheen's House Mouse CD and the papers also come from the same CD.  I just love this little mouse!  Everything else used is from stash.

Some do come along and play with Crafty Little Fairies, you now use any image you wish and we would all love to see you fab designs!

I'm Back!

Hello lovely bloggers, sorry not been around much, don't know what happened but I just simply lost the desire to craft, just could not be bothered and it felt like a chore.  So I decided to have a bit of a break and have not even looked at crafty mags!  Anyway, this weekend I got the urge to make some quick Christmas cards, I always have loads of cards to make at Christmas so I have decided this year they are going to be clean and simple:

The stamps used are from the Crafters Companion Barkley range and coloured with Promarkers.  The paper and ribbon are all from stash.

Hope you are all keeping well lovely blog buddies and I am hoping to be visiting you sooner rather than later!
